Ingredients for 2 servings

• 15 ml Stroopwafel liqueur
• 25 ml Tia Maria or Arabica Mocha liqueur
• 15 ml Liquid whipped cream
• Garnish: Whipped cream, gingerbread spices, mini stroopwafel

Recipe for a Stroopwafel Shot

1. Divide the Tia Maria or Arabica Mocha liqueur over the shot glasses.
2. Put the liquid whipped cream and the Stroopwafel liqueur in a cocktail shaker.
3. Shake well.
4. Carefully add the mixture to the shot glasses with a spoon, so you get nice layers.
5. Pipe a dollop of whipped cream on the glass.
6. Sprinkle some gingerbread spices over it and stick a mini stroopwafel in the whipped cream.
