Oud Amsterdam Almond Liqueur takes inspiration from a Portuguese recipe, blending the rich flavours of Portuguese almonds with a unique Dutch touch. While some well-known variants such as Amarguinha and Amaretto put their own unique spin on almond liqueur, our Dutch version offers something special. We use Portuguese brandy as a base, which goes perfectly with the nutty flavour of almonds. We also add a dash of Dutch honey for a softly sweet nuance that you won’t find anywhere else.
