Strawberry Liqueur

These berries of the ground were distrusted in some eras due to their appearance and colour. Now we know that the strawberries with their fresh taste (“fraise” they are called in French) produce a delicious liqueur.

A liqueur of fresh strawberries and ‘Eau de Vie’ Brandy of strawberries. Lightly sweetened for the right taste.

For example, think of a Strawberry Bellini. With a few ingredients, you have a wonderful drink. Just mix the strawberry liqueur with prosecco and garnish with fresh strawberries. Done! Or a Strawberry Lime Spritz is also a good idea to finish off a hot day.

The strawberry is of course also a sensual piece of fruit and is therefore a common ingredient for a love potion or romantic cocktail.
