Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 60 ml Coffee liqueur
  • 40 ml Vodka
  • 40 ml Baileys Salted Caramel
  • 60 ml Espresso
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: Pieces of chocolate or salted caramel perpernoten (Dutch cookie-like confectionery)

 

Recipe for a Salted Caramel Martini

  1. Brew two cups of espresso
  2. Pour the espresso into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes
  3. Add the rest of the liquors into the shaker
  4. Shake vigorously until a ‘frost’ layer appears on your shaker
  5. Pour the mixture into a martini glass
  6. Garnish with pieces of chocolate or salted caramel pepernoten
